Are your products for human use?

No. Everything we sell is a chemical reagent for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use only — not for human or veterinary consumption, and not for diagnostic or therapeutic use. We do not provide dosing, administration, or usage guidance of any kind.

Who can buy from Pepmolecule?

You must be 21 or older, and checkout requires an age certification.

How do I know a batch is really 99%+ pure?

Check the paperwork. Every batch is tested by an independent US laboratory for HPLC purity, mass-spectrometry identity, and endotoxins, and the full certificate is published in our COA registry before the lot goes on sale.

How fast is shipping, and is it free?

Orders placed before 2 PM CT ship the same business day from our US facility, tracked door to door. Shipping is a flat $7.95 and free on orders over $100. Orders over $150 also include a free BPC-157 5 mg vial. We currently ship within the United States only.

How should lyophilized peptides be stored?

Store sealed vials at -20 C, protected from light, for long-term stability. Let frozen vials reach room temperature before opening to prevent condensation.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa and Mastercard at checkout. We never ask customers to pay by Zelle, wire, or gift card.

What is your return policy?

Unopened, sealed vials may be returned within 30 days. Because these are laboratory reagents, opened material cannot be restocked.
